Other Areas of Interest
Alongside supporting people with anxiety, stress, confidence, sleep difficulties and other everyday challenges, I have particular experience and professional interests in the following areas:
Men's Mental Health and Sexual Performance Confidence (18+)
I have additional training in supporting men with emotional wellbeing and non-medical sexual performance concerns, including performance anxiety, erection confidence, intimacy difficulties and relationship pressures. My approach is confidential, respectful and non-judgemental, focusing on confidence, emotional wellbeing and the psychological aspects of sexual performance rather than medical treatment.

I offer an inclusive and affirming therapeutic space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, supporting confidence, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing, relationships and navigating personal or life changes. My approach respects each person's identity, experiences and individual goals.
Workplace Wellbeing, Leadership and Business Owners
Drawing on my professional background in HR, leadership, business development and running my own businesses, I have a particular interest in supporting professionals, entrepreneurs and small business owners with workplace stress, burnout, decision fatigue, overthinking, confidence and work-life balance.
Personal Growth and Life Transitions
I also support people who want to develop greater self-belief, emotional resilience, motivation and clarity, particularly when navigating change, new opportunities or significant life transitions.
Across these areas, my work remains collaborative, solution-focused and tailored to each person's individual circumstances and preferred outcomes.
Medical, Psychological and Suitability Disclaimer
Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapeutic approach and is not a substitute for appropriate medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment, including specialist psychological or psychiatric care where required.
If you have an existing medical or mental health condition, or are currently receiving treatment, I encourage you to discuss hypnotherapy with your healthcare professional where appropriate. Additional medical advice or clearance may be required depending on your individual circumstances.
An Initial Consultation is undertaken before hypnotherapy begins to discuss your needs, explain the approach and assess whether hypnotherapy is suitable. Where appropriate, I may recommend additional support or referral to another suitably qualified professional.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require urgent medical or psychological support, please seek assistance from an appropriate healthcare or emergency service.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no specific results can be guaranteed.
